Now I'm not sure what this means. I was told by a certain IR person that the CMM financials would be out by 29 November. Now I'm a little unsure about whether that was based on generic filing activity for a venture company or "in the know information" about what WTG's plans are....
Based on the ASC response I got...it looks like nobody has to file CMM's 3rd quarter results. As such, it is possible we won't know anything about the old CMM properties until the following dates (Based on a non-venture filings)

Where 14 February is the 4th quarter financials and 30 March is full year financials.
The ASC seems to indicate the year ends as the period which will show the business combination. Perhaps teh 14 Feb 2012 deadline will need to disclose 4th quarter activity at the old CMM properties...
