Once again the powers that be will not stand up and make the hard choices to save our finacial system for the chaos that rules the markets today.

So while sitting on the side lines waiting for the waters to calm, I can`t help but wonder what PCY will be worth when the actual power plant permit is issued. I have done my d&d but can`t find any companys to compare PCY to for value. If anybody can point me in the right direction or has an educated opion about the value please reply.
