Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders Dec. 16, 2008, the company has consolidated its capital on the basis of one new for 10 old shares. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.
Effective at the opening on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, the common shares of White Pine Resources Inc. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of WSR Gold Inc. will be delisted. The company is classified as an oil and gas exploration and development company.
