JV Claims discrepancy / Errors in Presentation ?

There are two points about the new presentation that don´t seem to be right:

1. BMK JV : Slides 4 & 9 seem to have the "wrong colours" for the JV claims (should be the other way round, shouldn´t it?).

Please compare to WSR´s previous map (also posted in link section):

2. MTX JV: Slides 4 & 10 , again compare to previous map: the MTX JV claims in between the NOT and BMK JV are missing (I think quite "important" claims). What happened ? Just a mistake ?

I will contact WSR for them to clarify and will post the answers here.
