Great start for this discussion forum.

I bought some WSR immediately on the news release of the JV with NOT. So it looks like a little early. I still expect good things as I don't believe NOT would NOT want their JV to success ASAP. Dare I hope that success has come so quickly!

Maybe a refinance only.... but it this is it, it must be a doozy.
