VSBLTY Groupe Technologies (CSE:VSBY / OTC:VSBGF) is a disruptive computer vision software company that is using A.I. and Machine Learning to transform the retail and security industries.

  • $VSBY Teaches Computers How to Interpret Surroundings. For example, detecting anomalies better than any human ever can
  • $VSBY Then Delivers the Context of Their Surroundings via Alerts, so that humans can make decisions and act on then faster than ever possible
  • $VSBY technology serves the dual function of both monitoring (i.e. a stadium, a store) and marketing (serving ads based on real-time demographics)

In March, the company signed a major deal with Grupo Modelo (part of the AB InBev family of companies) and Retailigent to jointly create an international digital in-store media network:

  • The partners have begun to install and manage an international in-store media network of up to 50,000 Modelorama stores and independent neighborhood bodegas
  • These will appear in Mexico and across Latin America by the end of 2024
  • Active deployment is already underway in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador with 5,000 locations to be installed by the end of 2021.
  • In addition to being an international advertising network, it will provide real-time security for store owners, powered by artificial intelligence.

The partners then brought Tech Mahindra onboard to manage Installation Rollout Services for VSBLTY & Intel’s hardware and software, and last week officially signed a joint venture agreement for the project.

The news comes hot on the heels of VSBLTY raising $9.78 million in funding in June, putting the firm on a path “through to profitability,” according to Jay Hutton, VSBLTY's chief executive.

We sat down with him to get the latest on the mega-deal...
