Victory Square Technologies (VST:CSE / VSQTF:OTC / 6F6:FWB) builds, acquires and invests in promising start-ups, then provides the senior leadership and resources needed for fast-track growth.

Across its portfolio of 24 global companies, it covers A.I., Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality, Blockchain, Fintech, Health-tech, Gaming, Sports Betting and SaaS.

And the success of its portfolio – by way of firms such as GameOn Entertainment Technologies, FansUnite and Immersive Tech – in June led to a record fifth consecutive quarter with positive net income and earnings per share:

  • During the three months ending March 31, 2021, the adjusted net income of the Company was $5,146,648
  • Adjusted basic earnings per share were $0.06
  • Diluted earnings per share were $0.05

Its most recent listing success was GameOn, which began trading on the CSE under the symbol $GET (see our first interview with GameOn CEO Matt Bailey here).

Victory Square is now bringing a new wave of start-ups, acquisitions and buzzy firms to the fore, with portfolio offerings including Hydreight, Stardust Solar, VS Digital Health and creator.co.
