NI is buying a sand processing plant in Medicine Hat and shipping the stuff from Minago.

This is going to generate cash that they can use to further the Minago project.

Even the cash flow speaks to higher multiples in the future.

Only one problem that I can see, and that is if the drilling slows down in the gas industry, and it looks that way right now, there won't be any demand for fracking sand.
