I can't explain that... but I would like to point out that it doesn't take much of an influx of money to have a dramatic effect on the price of penny stocks...any large buy at market has a big effect.

I may be kidding myself but once in a while you see big price moves on good penny stocks by big buy orders being placed at market.

...and let's not forget that once we turn the corner in this recession there will be huge gains on value penny stocks...there will be shortages of commodities because Junior companies have been forced to cut back on exploration etc........good management, good resources and operating capital are all key.
