Norge has been in VIT as long as I have - and I would suspect that this is perhaps longer than yourself. He is a straight-shooter - and he has put his money where his mouth is with this company.

There is nothing wrong with "lurking" - I figure there are many here doing more reading than posting - it certainly does not make their occasional viewpoint any less of a contribution or less valid.
