A quick note - I took a look at the Dahlman Rose report at their booth and how the $7.15 broke down. I saw the following values-

& other exploration projects $0.00

NAV less net debt $7.15

(just noticed it doesn't add up; I shot a video of the page but the resolution was terrible.)
