Hi Chad,
I have noted that many investors in VIT are loosing patience because our company has still not provided investors with any details as to any of their proposed drilling programs - the only thing that they have had any information on is that our company will initially focus on doing some additional drilling at our Santa Fe property. We all know pre feasibility studies and engineering studies are going to take months before anything concrete happens on select properties like our Eagle and Cove Property. With gold bullion prices locked in a trading range there is absolutely nothing for investors to get excited about in our company operations. Investors need to know the details for your drilling plans for Santa Fe, etc. When can we expect the details of your drilling plans? Soon - how soon?
Thanks,
Tom
Thanks Tom--
A few weeks. I understand your concerns. I ask you to have a little trust in us. There is NO junior gold company anywhere in the world that has been as active as VIT in the last few years. All this hard work will eventually (hopefully soon) be reflected in our share price... As you know, the share price is a lagging indicator.
Raul and his team are working flat out to define the best targets and ... quality takes time. We don`t want to waste money drilling sub-optimal targets -- money is way too precious these days. Don`t forget that Santa Fe is a new property for us so we started from scratch with respect to structural systematics there. Also, there are new logistical things to consider in terms of bringing a drill in there -- again because we are new on that property.
By the way, releasing a pre-feasibility study on a major asset like Eagle only 7 months after acquisition is pretty well unheard of in terms of speed! That`s because our guys are very organzied, there was a feasibility study done in 1997 on the project, and the availability of consultants is high right now.
Take care,
Chad
