VIT's valuation is very cheap. Look at the facts in VIT's presentation:
You should definitely access this latest Victoria Presentation that is highlighted at Victoria Gold's Web Site. Pay particular attention to the following slides in their presentation: #7, #24, #25
Slide #7 an #25: Valuation -- VIT is presently valued a $15 per gold ounce in the ground. Cancord Adams Junior Mining Index which is composed of 40 junior exploration companies that are comparable to VIT are presently being valued in the current market at $40 per gold ounce in the ground. Just based on that analysis alone, VIT should be priced in the open market $1.10 Canadian (40/15 x .415C current price of VIT). VIT's objective is to be valued in the market at a price that is equivalent to the top gun in its peer group - which is presently being valued into today's market at $100 per gold ounce in the ground. If VIT is successful in getting investors to value VIT at the top of its class - 100 dollars per ounce in the ground, VIT would presently be trading at 2.73 C (100/15 x .415C present price of VIT). In order for VIT to be accorded the top valuation per gold ounce in its peer group, based on VIT's present situation, VIT would have to be in production. The top dog in its class is presently a producer - I don't know the details in relation to the total amount of production or the actual gold reserves that they have in the ground. I would be interested in hearing about anyone that can shed some light on the specific details comparing VIT to the top dog in its peer group. Keep in mind that VIT does have plans to be in production within the next 12 to 18 months. VIT's future valuation will also be a function of VIT's ability to uncover addional gold reserves in the ground and the actual price of gold bullion - many investors expect gold price over the next 18 months will be selling at a price in excess of $1,650 per ounce. You should also pay particular attention to Slide #24 which gives you a summary of VIT's future drilling plans this year. Obviously, any additional successful drilling results this year from VIT's core properties would increase VIT's gold reserves in the ground, which would in turn, enhance the value of VIT IMO.
