Thanks to posters using subject titles clarifying OT- off topic, for posts, comments or articles that don't directly related to Victoria, i.e. general gold articles, etc.

cheers and happy continued posting while we wait to see what 15 looks like and perhaps greater detail in how future moves are to be implemented and funded.
