TORONTO, March 18 (Reuters) - Canada's Victoria Gold (VIT.V) is extending the deadline for completing its acquisition of StrataGold (SGV.TO) until March 25 to satisfy legal and regulatory requirements of the deal, the companies said on Wednesday.
