I am getting input from several sources that are anxiously awaiting a more detailed explanation of your corporate strategies this year.

We have discussed this to some degree and I feel pretty comfortable with what your anticipated moves will be, but it would be helpful if you could clarify whether or not you anticipate making any press release that further sheds light on your drilling plans for 2009, your current cash on hand, etc.

If you do plan on having a press release relative to the things I have mentioned above, when can we expect to see the press release - a few days, weeks, etc.

As you know, we have had many new developments at Victoria recently and thus we are continously evaluating our plans in light of John joining, the Gateway deal closing, the financing, anticipated lower drilling expenses, etc. Our world is changing rapidly and we are adapting to it such that we can create the most value per share in the shortest time.

We understand the need to put guidance out shortly and will provide this information asap.
