It's a good bet that the large crossed trades we saw the other day were Chad's sale of 1.6 million shares and simultaneous purchase of the same number of shares in the private placement which includes the warrants. Congratulation Chad - not only did you facilitate the expected closing of the private placement, but you gained warrants on another 800,000 shares. I don't know why there wasn't a lot of other investors doing the same thing.

In addition to the above, VIT just announced that they were granting management 3 million options on VIT's stock @ .20 Canadian. I sure there are people who will debate the merits of this move, but in my opinion, its a small price to pay to retain the talent we have at VIT.
