Based on the last private placement we had in December 2007, the current private placement could close by the end o f the third week in December. This is the first time that I have seen a private placement that has been made available to anyone who would like to participate in the offering. Note hole 13a was completed on Nov 26th and assay results could be available before this private placement closes. Assuming drilling results continue to confirm high grade gold mineralization, we could see a nice up move in the stock.
