Here is Chad's response regarding insider buying of Victoria Gold:

For starters, Kinross is buying over 60% of this financing. Second,

I own about 2 mm shares of VIT which I bought at full market prices

of around $0.65. Compare that with other juniors. Management and

insiders have indicated orders in this financing as well.
