Message: questions for Victoria, if you read this

well i hope no one goes all "ballistic" and asks a question directly to them without going through you on it, haha.

how bout some of these questions off the top of my head, sorry they are not softballs.

- what happened at hilltop? a lot of money was spent and it was a complete zero. there were such high hopes based on comments in press releases and conference calls. How does this affect any ideologies or approaches of the new "systematics" that they are always touting?
-
-what is happening with the summit permits?
-
- Over the years after highlighting relief canyon , summit, black canyon, mill, hilltop, etc, etc. we don't hear ever again about them in any serious plans to revisit, how come?
-
- Now that the gateway deal is all but officially done, WHAT are the drilling plans for all of our properties for 2009? Or when do we find out?
-
- we will need money eventually, is this most likely coming from dilution, JV or debenture from Kinross or other? How Long Do We Have??
-
- Is kinross happy to just have 30% participation? When does their desire to gobble us up become too great? are there plans in place to limit those chances or are the ties to kinross too great with board members, etc? it would be bad for Victoria shareholders( total loss of leverage to gold finds and stock appreciation), great for kinross and a gray area for Chad who owns a lot of shares but would probably be "taken care" of I am sure.
-
- Will Big Springs abutting parkland affect any near term ability to drill further, go into production etc?
-
- Thomas, are you still trying to get them to change stock exchanges? If so what is their response?
-
- Is the geologist team the same? is it expected to stay so? Can Victoria function and discover gold effectively without Raul and his enormous knowledge base and ideas?
-
- With Newmont related properties they can back in anytime or
must decide within 60 days of a feasibility report delivered to them. If there are properties where we have filled our drilling commitments and don't have to drill anymore is there another time deadline that they have to release it to us or JV? or could it be an infinite stalemate with Newmont taking zero risk, us spending ALL the up front money? can Victoria sit on a property after filling a commitment and force them to act?
-
I will sleep and see about more questions.
