Private Placements Available to Public Investors?

Hi Chad,

Aagoracom periodically provides the public small investor the opportunity to participate in private placement. In the past VIT private placements have only been made available to institutional clients for the most part. I am sure that old time stockholders in VIT would like to have the option of participating in any of your future private placements.

Please advise if this idea makes sense to you and whether or not it would be feasible.
