Each day that goes by I become more confident in the management team at Victoria Gold. This company is innovative and continues to implement strategies that I am confident will eventually add value to stockholder’s shares. Not only is this company having great drilling success at Cove McCoy, but they are taking advantage of the bear market in junior gold companies by making an acquisition of Gateway Gold – which should close before year-end. I wouldn’t be surprised to see them make additional acquisitions of depressed junior exploration companies in the coming year. It’s nice to have cash when the majority of juniors are starved for cash. I believe that this company is buying value in a depressed market just like Warren Buffet is presently doing in other companies. I am not worried about Victoria finding it impossible to raise additional cash in the coming year or years. Even if the venture capitalists are absent the market to fund private placements, I am confident that the largest shareholder in VIT, “Kinross Gold” would step up to the plate and provide the cash that this company needs to continue their exploration and development activities.
