Intersection of a dike similar to hole #9 many account for a loss in depth. Maybe they had to back out the drill and put in a wedge? Who knows? I don't believe there was a miss print in depth - its more than likely due to drilling issues that have not been relayed to shareholders. Anyway, I don't see this as an important issue. The hole will eventually be completed and the only thing that matters is what the assay reports reveal.
