The Company's Eagle Gold Project in Yukon Canada hosts a National Instrument 43-101 compliant Reserve of 2.3 million ounces of gold.
no one can JV with us on the Newmont properties right? and cove the most solid is til the end of 2009 AT LEAST for an economic feasability...newmont will most likely not decide on it until then. Craig makes a good point, if they back in they then control the progress of things moving from that point.....if they don't then we have to find a suitor to help us out or do major dilution not a quick project either.
a side venture on cove??? i am not sure that is contractually possible and even if it was then we are giving up what we have spent 2 years on and Newmont make take 51% and the "other" jv'er with us will obviously take a percentage, so what would the point be? might as well dilute if potential was big.
who in their right mind is ready to jump in before we run out of the 7-8 mil on our 100% properties, black, 4th and summit? nothing has been proven on them.
i don't have any other ideas other then dilution and when they and you post the somewhat vague idea that "other ideas are being explored" why is it not okay to ask " okay, more specifically what ideas"
oh and don't get me wrong Thomas i am not coming at ya with fire in my eyes, just posting some opinions too......i am a big fan of VIT.
back to an unanswered question to you- what did you see in the news release that you thought were "great" drilling results because i did not see it.....
its just this Thomas, i know this company, directors, land package, etc pretty darn well....i can see its potential and am heavily weighted into it, spent huge amount of time and money on it.
i have a certain cup that once filled up i begin to pull back. not there yet and not sure what that level is BUT we are starting to pile up the " this is great that is great we are amazing only to have those things disappear and replaced by another this is amazing story" but we need more then talk. its been quite a while since anything really inspiring happened. yes progress is being made, gateway looks interesting and has potential, the website, the marketing, the branding, etc. we had two spectacular holes on Helen, the best in 10-20 years in Nevada but we have not followed up on those yet, its been a while. we were hot on relief and how that was going to be good, then black canyon was it, poof that drops off radar, mill canyon same thing, summit we have been going to forever but delayed at least a year cause of bungled permitting paperwork with BLM or whomever. if we pile another 6-12 months of the shell game whether the reasons are real or not, they start to lose me and many others and blend in with every other explorer puffing around the place.
i agree that chad and crew are highly talented and working very hard its just when one asks certain questions in some areas the answers are non existent or vague according to some you just asked him. its okay to for them to not know as this field is amazing complicated and challenging but when they say we are exploring ideas, okay what ideas.
