The Company's Eagle Gold Project in Yukon Canada hosts a National Instrument 43-101 compliant Reserve of 2.3 million ounces of gold.
Thomas,
why ask a question of chad that you don't expect an answer from. i mean i am all for trying but.....
Newmont leased properties we cannot JV with anyone else til released from Newmont who has 60 days after an economic feasibility which we are into late 2009 at cove, best case , and doubt they back in earlier, that leaves us black canyon, summit and 4th none of which are close to anything JV related. the gateway deal has quite a while til it most likely goes through and i see no other places that money comes in from other then dilution.
yes we could do alright share price wise with further dilution, aurelian i believe has/had something like 165 mil shares out and still a high share price. i hope we get back to some blockbuster drill results, it has been a while, it is needed, another dilution at sub $1 is not good.
share holders won't be concerned if we get to the higher valuations that some are predicting? like $1.50 or Blackmont 70 cents or after gateway 90 cents? i still would not be a fan of dilution, ever even though it is a expected process.
yes continued success at cove will help us go higher but we need to start hitting. hole 9 and 12 look good on the map BUT there were high hopes for 10 and 11 too based on their own news releases.
as for "exploring various options to raise additional cash in the future that would minimize the potential for stockholder dilution. "
okay, i hear you on that loud and clear and that is the verbiage they put out but WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? sounds like the vagaries spewed in the presidential elections....change, we are about change, we are different.....okay but what specificity..... simple, " where does the cash come from if it does not come from dilution???"
we will probably have to dilute i know. i hope it is at a much higher price and we have a little bit of time with millions in the bank, but your reiterated question of pulling back on drilling pace to save cash per Craig's comment is a reasonable question to ask and yet nothing.
i think highly of Victoria's potential but not turning a blind eye to asking plenty of questions and although long term here as it is right now, will NOT wait forever.
