Your Spot on. I am not surprised that I did not get a direct answer. Should VIT do any joint venture for the purpose of having access to capital for drilling purposes, we won't hear anything about that until there is a press release. The important thing is that management is very cognizant about the negative aspects of stock holder dilution and they have indicated that they are exploring various options to raise additional cash in the future that would minimize the potential for stockholder dilution. One should note that stockholders won't be too concerned about stockholder dilution if VIT's stock gets up close to the value that some of the stock analyst feel VIT is worth. Continued drilling success at Cove McCoy, IMO, will be our ticket to a higher stock price.
