Is everone having a similar difficulty with the sign in for Updates?

It has one of those hopeless verification codes (to defeat computer sign-ins). Sometimes they are case sensitive - sometimes they aren't...at this point, I have tried repeatedly, using all that I know - and still get Error message. I am trying not to take it personally...haha!
