here are some tidbits on the AGM and perhaps more to follow as I review more. much of this may be repeated in better format when they get it on the website but since that has not happened yet I can at least satiate some desire for knowledge here, til they get it going.

drill hole 11 is at around 2000 feet as of the meeting, assays results expected in perhaps 4 weeks, maybe shorter per Raul, maybe longer if there are delays yet unseen.

hole 9 is at 1388 feet and assays are expected to come in around 6 weeks, same as above, Raul says if fortunate, earlier.

(if these don't hit the exact time frame give them a break everyone. it takes a few weeks to assay, then going through the news release process, the VIT lawyer, the directors and off to review at Newmont who as many large companies are, slower and less agile.)

behind the scenes, while some people think Chad and directors are doing nothing ( aka called bad management, ha ha, what a joke)

Merger and Acquisition .

-They have already reviewed over 200 opportunities and filtered that down to the best 20 targets even signing confidentiality contracts with them. for those that have read and understand the background of the directors, we have an amazing talent pool to filter these companies. they have also gone a step further and hired an internal consultant to review the M&A.

- as in every step I see with this company they are making preparations for going huge one day.

Drilling

-They continue to improve by replacing drill rigs for better ones and getting higher caliber crews to man them which is the tom lee effect beginning to take place. He is very happy to be part of the team and fine gentleman from the talks we had at the AGM and other social venues.

- as mentioned before, the drilling company progressive is spending out of their own pocket, money to expand some drills from 4 inch diameter to 6 inch which increases all levels of the drilling experience.

- they are floating the idea of RCing the top of the holes to expedite the process AND lower costs further.

- they will now have the holes surveyed by an independent entity to further double check drilling for accuracy

- there is a chance they wedge more holes

- there is potential to get a certain drill from I believe, Maruka, which have the ability to scale almost any hill without grading road OR creating a pad, which is impressive, time saving, accurate to get to tough places AND leaves a small footprint. we may see this put to use in the future
