your welcome. i put my two cents in with chad and also like reporting back here to others not lucky to be in the position i am. this is a unique thing, they talk about it too. i share like they do, bob did, etc.

do not be gloomy....we have 8 million in the bank ,this is a good amount. others are having an impossible time raising a single cent in this current market, this will last us a while, not like we have to dilute in 3-4 months....our burn rate is about 600,000 to 750,000 per month with three rigs running. you do the math. chad and the crew are extremely aware of how they spend the money and not diluting. chad has a ton of shares in this company so he is with us too in a way, as are others, taking shares instead of guaranteed salary somewhere else. keep in mind they diuluted like $14 million or something like that, they were oversubscribed to 40 million and TURNED IT DOWN. raul, et al only wanted what they needed for a good shot at things, which is what we still have, not to dilute and collect money.

people should be impressed with the fine line chad and everyone has to walk with spending money, finding the gold, drilling and which properties.

Roos- Chad came from blackmont and directorship of precious metals. this is an entirely new game for him, running a junior explorer. there has a been a learning curve. he has a lot to balance too while learning on the job. i think he has done a great job. i have made my point again that although he lives VIT and knows what is going on, the rest of us sit on nothing for months, no status etc and it is really important to us, not minute by mintue but something. i think it will get better.he is the first not to give excuses.

i gave black canyon as an example for us and being in the dark...we hear amazing run downs of drilling there. they drop one hole in, the drillers are horrible, things not good. raul decides to stop and not waste money, come back later when things are right. well we don't know that other then from digging for info.......so people think, hmmmm all puffery and no follow up, we're not even at black anymore, why? well raul is still excited about black canyon, we will be back there when it is right. we should have been told so it looks bad when we hear nothing in follow up, but months later. that scares most people. Not me cause i have be en given close acess and have trust in ALL of them driving the bus. thats is also why i post here to settle nerves if they are rattled.

they are not even thinking PP and the price yet...it is too far away. we could find some amazing things by then and there may be other routes to raise cash besides PP.

i hope others are there and can post their rendition of the minutes, haha. this has been like a part time job for me, posting here, calling people, calling bob when results come out since he has no computer etc..... i am sure raul will talk for quite a while with power packed data.

thomas, thanks for posting your input from when you discuss things. it save him from repeating himself to others. saving us all time searching for status etc.
