Victoria's stock is once again sitting right on its rising trend line, which in the past, has proven to be an ideal point to add to your positions. One should also note that the Bullish Triangle formation has fully matured and is at an Apex point where a breakout should occur momentarily - IMO, the odds favor a breakout to the upside.
