One should note that there is broad strength in the juniors as well as the seniors. IMO, we simply have a lot of side line
money moving back into the precious metals. All of my technical charts have pointed to higher markets and, for once VIT is getting a piece of the action. Technically, VIT broke of the bullish triangle formation that I have talked about, and the breakout is on a huge volume surge. I am seeing many chart patters similar to VIT that have already broken out to the upside, or are on the verge of doing so. I don't believe that the recent strength in the precious metals sector is any fluke. I have been pounding the table for sometime now that juniors with good management and properties are the most undervalued that they have been for several years. See my charts at stockcharts.com public charts posted by: thomas smith. All the evidence is there that supports higher prices for precious metal sector. THIS IS IT - The Real Thing IMO.
As always, the comments I have made above reflect my own opinion, Precious metal stocks, especially junior gold stocks, are very risky assets that have the potential to deliver substantial appreciation potential. Be sure you do your own due diligence before making your own
investment decisions.
