The Company's Eagle Gold Project in Yukon Canada hosts a National Instrument 43-101 compliant Reserve of 2.3 million ounces of gold.
Thomas, I won't keep up a back and forth posting after this and give the readers a break but I will always post or correct a fact if I know differently from someone posts. i hope someone would do that on me if i stray off the path. This is about the facts and we work as a team here, as in together.
yes, anyone can make a mistake including me, BUT you made multiple mistakes in several posts, not just one little harmless mistake.
No one said you intended to mislead but your posts WERE very misleading. So intent has nothing to do with it, carelessly flinging multiple mistakes around is not good though. Honest mistakes sure,I can see that happening but they were mistakes nonetheless. Many or most of the comments you made are very bold and leave no room for the reader to think that they are not verified or are your opinion. when you say hole 8 is finished or in days that sounds like a fact not your opinion. when I come back after verifying the hole drilling data on the phone with Raul stating your hole 8 information is not correct and other items too, you completely disregard my post. then you post that all the holes ( plural) are at 2200-2600 feet. again incorrect.
I did not assume everyone has read the website. You came into the chat room acting as an authority saying all should read it and told people that it was to be drilled in October 2008. So new people would follow your information if we had not corrected you. The fact that, as you say, you misinterpreted it was ironic since you tell everyone they should read the website, most reading it knew it meant 2007. basically practice what you preach.
as for your "drilling insight" you say "So what if I am off a month or so in my estimates" HUH? okay, but in a post you boldly stated "Based on an average of 2,400 feet for the average drill hole completed over a 30 day period,This takes into account down time for drilling problems." this seems pretty straight forward and not much left to interpretation, yet your next statement in another post says " I guess my failure here was to add any comments that there could be drilling problems, and it could take longer" again you make a bold statement saying it takes 30 days on average including problems this sounds like a fact and not your opinion, there are plenty of cases to prove the 30 days including problems average wrong including hole 8 which i documented then you back track in the next post saying your comment did not include drilling problems when i clearly did.
Thomas states "As you well know, in the past, Victoria has done a poor job in keeping us up to date relative to their current drilling status. To the best of my limited ability I have tried to give readers at least some insight as to when we might expect to have some drilling results. So what if I am off a month or so in my estimates – that’s a whole lot better than the actual information that Victoria has provided us with."
I, for one, would take occasional lack of Victoria information over misinformation any day. you cannot blame them for the mistakes in your postings, at all.
Yes the flow of communication could be better to us retail investors but I think it is getting better all the time. They will answer any important questions that are needed. I am proof of it and have fact checked many times.
I am more and more impressed with Chad, Raul, Marcus, etc as we go along and things are improving all the time.
Thomas, keep the charts up if you want. I am sure some people liked them. some are chartists and others not, no big deal.
Sorry for droning on, everyone, this will be it from James' rebuttal arsenal. from here on out if my information is different I will just post that as simple and straight forward as possible.
