I sent an email to Chad Williams suggesting that their property comments be updated and a reference made as to how current those comments are so that there will be no other confusion which may lead to incorrect conclusions - like the one I came to on Black Canyon. I will leave it up to Chilledjames to give you the details on that property that he has researched. I apologize for misinterpreting the date that the information on the web site referred to.
I also asked Chad when we could expect a new rig would be available to complete hole number 9 - Chad's comments are shown below:

A new drill rig should be on hole 9 shortly (days); it's at about 1000 feet down but off azimuth and we need to wedge it to get back on line."
