Hey Everyone, i was out at the sites for a day or two beyond the other poster and i plan on gathering some additional data via phone calls, trying to gel my thoughts on what to post, adding value to what was already posted with new/different information and concurring and or differing observations.

I hope to post within 1-2 days.

As a side note i noticed on level 2 today some small nibbling ( buying ) of shares from several of the companies that were represented by analysts on the trip on Friday. i had NOT ever seen these buys from them before. this probably is not random.

The trip was very positive from plenty of angles. Several common themes were repeated throughout my experiences with the people. ALL seem to be positive, outgoing, classy, genuine, talented, knowledgeable. I spent hours with many individually and as a group while at the sites, during long drives between locations and during dinners and social drinks. What i noticed about all of them is an amazing work ethic and a desire seeking to find a challenge and rise up to it. They see what can be built here and want to be part of it both from a inner sense of what is being done and of course $$$ wise too.
