One other thing on investor relations.  I mentioned I own shares in Exeter Resources (XRC.V).  I own 40,000 shares out of 40 million outstanding so I am a very small fish in the pond.  Without fail after every press release, I get a phone call from Rob Grey (VP Investor Relations) asking if I saw the pr and if I had any questions.  If I am not in he leaves a voicemail and if I don't return his call in a few days (I do have a day job), he makes a follow-up phone call to try and touch base.  In those rare cases where a month or more goes by where a press release isn't issued, he calls just to give a status update and how things are going.  Exeter works hard for the retail investor and this is reflected in their share price.  I put up with the lack of communication effort from Victoria because of their vast property potential and by allowing them some time to get their act together to show they are making progress.  I'm still waiting.
