Barrick already owned 60% of the Cortez hills area. They just paid 1.7 BILLION to acquire the remaining 40%...to own it all. This is an area that has "only" 11 million ounces so far with tons of potential. We could have 11 million ounces at cove alone. Barrick knows the future potential of the area too and hence clamored to own it all, 100%. 1.7 billion...so in total they essentially value Cortez hills, its 11 million basically proven and the future potential at 4.25 billion if they were to buy the whole thing at once. This just give you an idea of what someone else might value cove at if we have 10 million+, a complete possibility.

i love all of our properties of course. each different and interesting to evaluate. of course we have huge potential at cove, well beyond their stated initial goal of 2 million. Cove as bob likes to say could be a monster......so what is that worth in todays market? 11 million ounces based on barricks recent purchase? A whole lot, 1.7 for 40%.....and that would just be cove. we have other properties with just as much potential.

as i have mentioned before I like Mill canyon a lot, may be my favorite site. The main zone is called RJR and they did not name it after Ralph as a hollow tribute, FYI.

why do i mention Mill canyon? it is located ONLY 1.4 KM ( less then 1 MILE) to the east of Cortez hills. Mill Canyon is 94 sq km ( 35.9 sq mi) and very nice sized parcel with plenty of other targets beyond the RJR zone. hilltop and cove are located fairly close to Cortez hills too. Mill is a very large Carlin style alteration system. hope we hit there in spring or summer and follow up some good drill holes like OC-36 already hit.

Victoria is probably a stock buy of a lifetime inside a Junior explorer buy of a life time inside a gold bull of a lifetime AND for Americans a way to get out of the US$, probably destined to go lower. I seriously believe that unless we get taken out early by a major it will run very high stock price wise. it may seem boring with no adrenaline of Vegas to trade in and out BUT the smartest people are those that just stake their position here in VIT. concentrate on learning patience to sit tight like Jesse Livermore said made him the most money but was hardest to do. if you have more money to buy in be grateful that this price is still low and you can buy in at these levels. it is a gift at .60 cents, $1.20 or $2.
