The link to the article is still up on the financial sense website and i found that cutting and pasting was too crazy for here, and link probably easier then emailing everyone the PDF, etc.

The article is from 2005 and perhaps some have read it already but great none the less. i am rereading it for the first time in a year. woweee it is a long and detailed article and has direct connections to VIT where some of our parcels are directly in this currently defined Cortez trend and others to the north and other perimeters that may be included as they are still learning about this trend. we obviously have picked up more land area since this article was written. The 4th of July area could be cool and of course all the 100% VIT areas of cove.
