hey greycld, with regards to your question of the agreement with sleeping midas and who they are.

- the VIT website defines a pretty thorough set up of the agreement on the Black Canyon area. are you looking for me detail then that?

- as for who is/are sleeping midas? it is just land area that is owned by primarily one person is my understanding of it, not some other company or entity.
