You have to go to Symbol Lookup (just to the right of the Search Window at top right) - and pop in the name in the company look-up, hit Enter, and scroll down and click on the name in the box that is under the company look up box. I emailed them yesterday...VEN isn't the only one. I am sure that they spent lots revamping the site a year or two ago...and the net effect was that they just turned it into a dog's breakfast!
