A question concerning this halt, I don't understand, is that neither NAN nor VMS had any trades after the market had been open for an hour prior to the halt? I also wonder if it is a requirement that a halt be put in place by VMS as they are only a joint venture partner of a percentage of NAN. Are there rules govering this? I can think of companies that are joint ventured with several other companies to various degrees. Are they required to halt on news releases by all these partners??? the deputy
