Dear VMS followers,

Today’s release announces the latest drill results from our partner HudBay Minerals, who have been testing the high grade copper zone discovered in May on our Super Zone property.

I’d like to pass along two observations. Obviously, the continuation of high grade copper mineralization over a decent width is very positive, but the second observation that I find intriguing is the intersection representing what appears to be a separate zone, which is approximately 90 metres further down hole 7.

The metal signature of this second interval is noticeably higher in zinc and over a broad interval. Though more drilling and results are necessary to complete the picture now forming there, the evidence does suggest that these are distinct zones of mineralization. That leaves open the potential for multiple stacked lenses, very common to this belt, and, like those which comprise our high grade Reed deposit, only 1.8 km away. You may recall that Reed has three distinct zones which vary in values of copper and zinc.

This Reed Lake area continues to be highly prospective and we eagerly await the next set of results.

Best regards,
