someone on SH mentioned a 25% profit margin, so i thought i would start gathering numbers to get an idea of what it might actually be..

777 = 37-41$ per ton trout lake = 70-86$ per ton chisel north = 80-100 per ton...



4% cu-eq(dundee's highend) x 4.5$ = 360$ per ton... even at 80% recovery thats 288$ a ton...

the smelter is 70-75 miles away in flin flon.. quick research puts a 40-ton dump truck at 5-8 mpg.. 75divide by 5.. 30 gallons round trip.. 4$ a gallon.. 120$ round trip.. 3$ per ton? transport?

does anyone know the average recovery % of hbm?

dundee hhigh end is 350million pounds cu-eq.. at 4.5$ a pound thats 1.575 billion.. 30% of that is 472.5 million... so figure out recovery and operating costs..

how much should vms be worth after the 43-101? and, as most speculate a sale of reed.. how much is that 30% worth?
