Dear VMS Followers,

I'm very pleased to send along this morning's press release. The headline really says it all.

To see 50 metres of almost 7% Copper in one of the holes that is outside of what we have been calling the "known" deposit" is tremendously exciting. The results from HudBay's drilling to this point have been confirming our 2007/2008 drilling in preparation for mining the deposit. These results indicate the extension of the copper rich lens is at least 210 meters form the "known" deposit. This mineralization will be included in the upcoming 43-101 document that HudBay expects to publish within the next month. Meanwhile drills are turning at, and around, Reed. Obviously, if there is more mineralization close to the deposit, it is in our best interests to find it as soon as possible and before any mining plan might be set.

We are working on an announcement to update the market on our drill programs on our 100% owned properties and expect you should see that next week.

I have been asked several times lately "What is the status of North American Nickel?" As you are aware, VMS owns 45% of North American Nickel.

We are in, what I hope, are the final stages of the listing process with the TSXV. Our 90 day plan is to see the stock trading before the end of April, market the story in Canada, raise initial exploration funds and be drilling in Sudbury in May/June. You should know that in our many VMS presentation these past 6 months, we have always included NAN briefly to close the talk. Let's call it a very "soft" introduction to our new Company.

It is easy to learn more. I encourage you to visit the website at www.northamericannickel.com and begin your own due diligence.

The most informative pieces are the four e-mail blasts that President and COO, Mark Fedikow and former FNX VP Exploration Jim Patterson have written to introduce Sudbury and our very prospective properties in the biggest Nickel camp in the world.

Just go to the site, hit the "Investors" tab at the top of the home page and then look for the Corporate Update heading on the left side of the page. The four blasts are there. The most recent is about Mark visiting the Quadra/FNX Podolsky Mine and it includes a four minute video that takes you down the same mine.

Thank you for your continuing encouragement, particularly the warm response we received in Toronto last week at PDAC.

Please stay in touch.

Best Regards,

Rick Mark
