Earlier today on world markets, copper hit yet another record high reaching a price of $10,000 per tonne or $4.57 per pound. The Reed deposit the Company discovered in 2007, now in Joint Venture with HudBay Minerals Inc. is very rich in copper, in addition to significant zinc, gold and silver values. This bodes well for the project and the Company as a whole. Over the coming months VMS is expecting to be very active in the generation of news on multiple fronts. The ongoing drilling and development at the Reed Lake Project, being undertaken by HudBay Minerals will generate a regular flow of news, including a resource estimate expected for late March.

VMS Ventures will be exploring our very large 100% held property package throughout the Flin Flon - Snow Lake Greenstone Belt of Manitoba, Canada. Our plans include our largest exploration drill campaign to date, testing several dozen targets for high grade copper-zinc-gold-silver mineralization across our property package. We expect this first drill program of 2011 to continue into the spring. Work programs will be undertaken in the summer and fall testing new targets and following up on promising target areas identified in the winter program.
