Recently I have criticized the lack of information flowing from the corporation and I continue to maintain that it is the moral responsibility for any junior miner to inform the people who financed the ongoing exploration activities of the company, accepted the risk and have maintained their position, rather tirelessly, for several years or more. We have a right to know in order to make reasonable decisions on our investment.
But now the fun starts! Two rigs. Feedstock required. Watch for Gold credits to be interesting, possibly significant. Deeper pockets than our own small group of wannabes are no doubt watching with interest. The downside risk has been significantly reduced and price discovery sees capitalization at historic lows (ouch!). I feel (sorry) for those in our group who were forced to sell and very soon I will likely be one of the group. However, watch closely for Dollar value traded! Accumulation of paper to the tune of $550 k to $1,000 k on any day will be a sign - take it!!!!
Big money is risk averse and this stock looks cheap to those who have the mandate to buy the pennies - and they will! I cringe at the thought of reading in the Globe some talking head saying "I told ya so"! when we, the muddied, bloodied foot soldiers have fought and sustained losses (some heavy) since the dream began. Who said life was fair!
If you own and are down - and perish the thought - but you may want to average down on heavy dollar value days. When markets gain momentum they stay that way for awhile. We have (maybe) lived through the worst. May the drill core be black with a heavy dose of yellow glitter!
