VMS Ventures Inc. has filed an updated early warning report dated Aug. 6, 2010, advising of its holdings in North American Nickel Inc. (NAN).

VMS Ventures Inc. ("VMS") has acquired beneficial ownership and control of 6,000,000 common shares of NAN, which shares were acquired by VMS as consideration of the sale of certain mineral properties at a deemed price of $0.06 per share. As a result of this acquisition VMS has beneficial ownership and control over 16,000,000 common shares of NAN, representing 45.4% of the issued and outstanding common shares of NAN.

VMS acquired the shares for investment purposes and may acquire further securities of NAN in the future.
