I've been in this stock quite a few years now, I can not figure out any negative reason for why the share price is at these levels. The news of the JV is extremley positive for the company and puts them in a great cash position and the ability to drill at no cost to them, as well spend some money to start looking at other properties they own. There will be no share dilution for the forseeable future.

The fundamentals got much stronger last week and yet the price doesn't move. So with that, I keep buying, one day this stock will move and I am content to sit and wait for that day.
