VMS should take a run at HLO and consolidate the HBM jv's. This would give VMS a critical mass of resource and thus provide the incentive for an end game move by HBM .

I figure VMS should offer HLO shareholders 2 cents cash and one VMS for 10 HLO.... HBM is contibuting most of the exploration cash, VMS picks up additional compliant resouces .... Game changer for these 2 jrs.....JMHO

Minimal dilution to VMS.... 20MM shares and about $3 MM net cash as HLO has cash in the till..... The Gold projects HLO has is worth all of this bid, and the additional Base metal resources would be very positive for VMS.... and HBM. JMHO

From last HLO release:

The 2008 NI 43-101-compliant technical report included 1,325,000 tonnes in the indicated resource category with an overall grade of 1.17 per cent copper, 0.85 per cent zinc and precious metal credits and 2,177,000 tonnes in the inferred resource category with an overall grade of 1.10 per cent copper, 0.67 per cent zinc and precious metal credits for the Jungle deposit. Metal prices of $2 (U.S.)per pound copper, 75 U.S. cents per pound zinc, $600 (U.S.) per ounce gold and $8.50 (U.S.) per ounce silver were used to determine cut-off NSR values.
