I also am losing bigtime with VMS.I think the management has gone over their heads in the negotiations with a very tight and tough team from HBM.
At this point of an agreement,you normally would see alot of positive action with the sp,with heavy trading.Nothing of anything going on here.Management may be the only winners in this.They haven't looked after their shareholders imo.
