All in all VMS is priced lower than than at the time they made the discovery. So why call it a good deal? How often does a company make a second discovery?? Any cash they will earn from this deal will be thrown away on new exploration or buying of property... We will not get it in our pockets.

If they did well they should have proven the resources much faster, delivering us a far better deal or maybe a buyout / bidding war.

I do not share the optimism, I think management has done a worthless job over the past 2 years.
